How does the workflow draft emails per recipient?+
AI reads the recipient's Salesforce record, including engagement history, product interest, and custom fields, and generates the email body against that context. The team configures tone, brand rules, and content boundaries.
Do reps still review the message before send?+
It depends on the workflow. High-stakes touches (named-account outbound, executive sends) land in the rep's queue for approval. Lower-stakes sends (autoresponders, routine nurture) the workflow can handle directly.
Can we use our own LLM provider?+
Yes. Bring-your-own-LLM is supported, so teams running an OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google enterprise contract route the drafting calls through their own provider, with costs and audit trails on their own bill.
How is the brand voice controlled?+
Tone guidelines, content rules, and brand vocabulary are configured by the team. The workflow applies them to every draft so the generated copy stays consistent across reps and across sends.
Does this work for sequences with multiple touches?+
Yes. The workflow can draft each touch in a multi-step sequence, with each draft reading the recipient's current state at the time of send rather than the state at sequence start.
What happens to reply tracking?+
Replies thread back to the originating Salesforce record through the email orchestration capability inside Ortoo Orchestrator. Sentiment and intent on the reply can also trigger downstream actions in the same workflow.
Is AI cost controlled?+
AI runs only on the sends the team configured. Routine touches handled by deterministic templates do not trigger AI calls, so the team decides where AI is applied and the rest stays rule-driven.
