We build software that runs in production at enterprise scale, processing hundreds of thousands of records monthly across some of the most operationally serious Salesforce customers in the world. _That shape is intentional._ It's why our customers consistently describe us as responsive, focused, and genuinely invested in their problems. It's also why working here looks different from working at a large enterprise vendor.

-   You'll work directly with customers running mission-critical workflows. 
-   Your code, design, or copy will reach production within weeks, not quarters. 
-   You'll see the operational consequences of your work; what helped, what didn't, what to do next. 
-   You'll be part of the team turning agentic AI from a category of hype into something Salesforce customers can actually deploy with confidence. 

We have people in the UK, in Pakistan, and across the wider Salesforce ecosystem. We hire for clarity of thought, operational pragmatism, and the willingness to stay close to the problem.

### Flexible hours

This isn't a 9 to 5 kind of place. If you are achieving the results you need to achieve, then the working hours are secondary. We are happy for you to juggle your hours to help you get your work-life balance right. But also be conscious that a lot of our customers are based in the US, so on occasions you may be "on call" in the evenings.

### Flexible location

We are also flexible on location. We have the tools to keep you productive, no matter where you are. We are based in London, but you could be in Glasgow, Sydney, New York or San Francisco. If you are a superstar then we want to talk to you, irrespective of where you live.
